Playhouse Puppets Present “Peter and the Wolf” in December
Each year the Playhouse Puppets, in conjunction with the Mobile Museum of Art, present a marionette show. This year they will present the Prokofiev classic “Peter and the Wolf.” This is a perfect holiday treat for all school ages, featuring hand-crafted marionettes portraying the classic musical story that teaches the instruments of the orchestra in an exciting & entertaining way! Your class can tour the museum’s Noel Concept Holiday Exhibition and then see the marionette show at the Playhouse.
Our facilities are conveniently located directly across the street from each other in lovely Langan Park.

 Throughout the year, visitors to the Playhouse-in-the-Park can enjoy the artistry of exquisite handcrafted marionettes, colorful hand puppets and exotic European shadow puppets. The artistic staff creates these diminutive works of art, bringing holiday classics and cherished children's stories to life.
